Terms and Conditions
- I have ensured that my child understands the importance of adhering to all instructions given by leaders.
- I undertake to inform the church of any changes in the health of my child(ren), or any other changes deemed relevant, prior to the date of the departure.
- I consent to leaders performing basic first aid in the event of an emergency.
- I consent to staff or leaders, in the case of an emergency, allowing my child to receive medical treatment as considered necessary by the medical authories present.
- I understand that if an emergency should occur where my child(ren) needs medical attention, I will incur all medical costs and consent to this being communicated to the medical authorities.
- I accept that the church has no liability for any personal property lost, stolen or damaged and have been advised that valuable items should be left at home and not carried on this retreat.
- I understand that my child(ren) will be travelling some distance for the purposes of this retreat and that the church will ensure that leaders given the responsibility to drive are of legal age and have valid drivers licenses.
- I consent to my child being transported to, within and from InnerSpace Retreat Center in such a manner.
- I understand that if my child is found with the opposite sex in a secluded place, it will result in the instant dismissal of my child from the retreat, and I am responsible for collecting my child from the location.
